"We are indeed much more than what we eat, but what we eat can nevertheless help us to be much more than what we are."

Who benefits from Wellness Coaching?
If you are committed to improving the daily quality of your life by making a series of small changes in your diet and lifestyle — then you can benefit from Wellness Coaching.

If you know that you could feel better — but simply have no idea where to begin — a Wellness Coach can help you help yourself by providing insight and working with you to develop a program to return you to health and vitality.

What is a Wellness Diary?

A Wellness Diary is a journal you use to make daily notations about the foods you eat and the supplements you take. In it, you record how you feel, monitor your chronic pain (or other degenerative symptoms) and your moods.

Over time, this process not only provides you with clarity about whether or not a particular food or supplement is helping or hindering your wellness — keeping a Wellness Diary also strengthens your understanding of the connection between what you eat and how you feel. This offers motivation and commitment for making deep change in your life.

What kinds of health problems respond to nutritional intervention?

Our bodies are exquisitely designed. They need not be breaking down in such epidemic proportion. In the U.S.A., most people treat their automobiles better than they treat their bodies. Discover high-octane fuel equivalents for your body and begin to perform routine maintenance that can minimize your body' s toxic burden.

Chronic, degenerative health conditions are often the result of practicing poor nutrition for many years. So, it' s not surprising that these conditions can also respond to nutrient therapy.

Once you start to demystify the relation between your body, what you eat and how you feel — you'll be able to improve many chronic symptoms in your life including: pain and inflammation, blood sugar regulation, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, allergies, fatigue, depression, and so much more.
